Jonathan was referred to Financery when he was preparing to open his first gym. He had a solid plan and a clear vision, but he struggled to find a lender that would support the fitout of a brand-new fitness business. Most banks viewed it as too early-stage and were focused on the risks, not the strengths.

Once the gym was established and performing well, we later refinanced the facility to a more suitable product that better matched the business’ growth.

As Jonathan expanded, we supported the finance for his second location, continued to advocate for him through the challenges of COVID, and remained in his corner well beyond the initial loan. Each time funding was needed, we spoke directly withmlenders, explained his position clearly and ensured he received fair and favourable outcomes.
